But we're very much building—and we're always excited to meet people who care obsessively about product quality.
So what does “not hiring” mean?
It means we don't have any open roles or formal interview loops at the moment. We're keeping the team intentionally small while we make Koda unreasonably good for the people already using it.
If you were hoping to work with us, we're genuinely flattered. Keep building cool things. If/when we open roles, we'll be looking for people who have a track record of caring a lot about the details.
How to stay in the loop
The best way to keep an eye on opportunities is simply to use Koda and follow along with the product. When we do hire, we'll announce it in the app and through our usual channels—and we'll prioritize people who already understand what we're trying to build.
In the meantime, if you're building something that feels very Koda-adjacent, we'd still love to hear about it.
